Vulnerable Citizens

The Vulnerable Citizens Program allows caregivers and family members to register individuals who may be at increased risk during emergencies due to medical conditions, cognitive impairments, developmental disabilities or other special needs. The information provided helps deputies respond more effectively and appropriately during interactions, emergencies or search efforts.

  • All Complaints related to the validity of a traffic
    citation or an arrest must be resolved via the court system.

  • All fields are required to register an Elderly or Special Needs citizen. Please ensure both, "Contact Person" and "Vulnerable Citizen", names are provided on the registration form.

  • Including the following facts will help ensure a fair and thorough assessment of your concerns:

    *Description of the concerns

    *Date, time, and location of

    requested check-ins

    *Name, address, and phone

    numbers of any third party

    contacts

How to File a Vulnerable Citizens Form

You can file a Vulnerable Citizens Form using any of the following methods:

  • Complete and submit an online form below.

  • Print the form and mail it to:
