citation or an arrest must be resolved via the court system.
You are welcomed to file a complaint anonymously; however, we prefer that you provide your name, address, and telephone number.
Including the following facts will help ensure a fair and thorough assessment of your concerns:

*Date, time, and location of
the event/incident
*Deputy’s name or badge or
unit number
*Name, address, and phone
numbers of any witnesses
